Do I need experience to join a class?

No experience needed! Our classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners.

What should I bring to class?

A yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and comfortable clothing. We also have mats available for rent.

 
How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in and settle in.

Can I join if I have an injury?

Yes, but let your instructor know in advance so they can offer modifications.

What types of yoga do you offer?

We offer Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Power Yoga, Meditation, and more.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes! One-on-one sessions can be booked by appointment for personalized guidance.
